Random bass hits. I made a bunch of these and only ended up using two. So i figured people on here might put them to better use. No need to credit me but i wouldn't mind hearing what you make with it.

This is a boomy break beat i made at 102bpm. It utilises a variety of individual free percussive hits, sequenced in free tracker program, jeskola buzz.

A one minute sample that can be used as an ambient backround sound. A lot of hits, noise and a some other sounds. I made this sample in fl studio 12. Was recorded with "hd webcam c310".

Hitting a coffee can with a small rubber mallet. Cleaned for use in a sampler, and recorded with a zoom h6 with x/y 90 degree spread. Close range.

Using an inflated toy balloon in a bath full of water to create some interesting sounds. The balloon hitting the top of the water almost sounds like a drum, and my fingers on the wet rubber could be useful in a cartoony squash and stretch capacity. Recorded on a tascam dr-05.

Slapping a wooden desk with palms and made a simple percussion loop. It is already trimmed and looped, so you can immediately use it in your daw. Recorded with xperia phone, and then denoised, normalised. The sample is dry with no effects, so you can process it further to your liking.

Download and loop. 105 bpm 44khz wav rendered 16bit break beat at 105 bpm, same loop as 140bpm with a touch more groove.

Recorded the sounds with a zoom h1n in my apartment. Snare is a flick with my fingers on a wooden door + added snarebuzz in post production to it, kick is a hit with my hand on the wall produced some nice lows. I had to create an another track for just the transient, but essentially made from the same sound. Hihat is the stove's clicking sound with added reverb. Post production made in ableton live lite with mostly the integrated audio effects, but i also used some free plugins to create this drum loop. I hope you enjoy, it's 100% royalty-free.

Sampled from a 20 inch k. Zildjian istanbul ride from the 1950s, and subsequently modified by master cymbal smith mike skiba for a final weight of 2220 grams. Recorded with stereo pm mics. This is a hard stick tip hit on the bell or cup of the cymbal.

Piano lid gently taps as it is opened and rests against the upper front board. Organic reverberations can also faintly be heard from the detuned strings. I initially created this snare using lmms ( linux multimedia studio ) and a single instance of the zynaddsubfx plugin. There were many effects and experiments done before exporting as an audio stem. Next i opened this stem ( single snare hit ) in bitwig studio and made a few copies of it and timestretched and chopped and then joined together in a group track the parts i liked to make the whole sound. Final effects included saturation, equalization , sidechain-limiting and compression.

Some raw one-shots from my doepfer a-100 modular synthesizer recorded and edited using ni maschine. In my ears they sound way better with a bit of compression, but i thought the unprocessed files would be more useful. Naming is super vague. Recorded back in may 2014. Recorded and processed at 24bit 48khz using a rode nt1-a condenser microphone. Processing: gain-staging and soft high and low frequency filtering. No eq boost or cuts anywhere else. Also de-noised.

This is a beat i made using the percussion presets form fab filter 1 cm synth for a track i was writing. Each hit was then loaded into abletons impulse drum sampler and tweaked for my pleasure. The snare was subject to some serious stretching,which gives it a rasping sound!fab filter 1 really is a simple but very useful synth.

These are samples from the new korg electribe emx2 music production station not the best recording quality but some nice sounds anyway the weird naming is due to the autoslice function in renoise wich i used to separate the samples from a one shot recording.

This is a section of the pack with 50 bass drum varieties. Most of them are just minor changes and they resemble extremely "similar" sounds however they're based on different wave forms which are mixed together to form varieties. Other parameters were mashed, some may have distortions some may not. All the sounds you hear are synthesized. Generally these sounds are for dance music, some of them are well suited for more experimental music as well. But it should not be limited to just techno or trance. . . .

This is a bass kick i made with a nice crunchy toned delay. It started life as a mono bass kick off my 808 drum machine, i converted it to stereo then inverted the right channel, i distorted it and processed it with 100% envelope to really boost the front end punch. It's c2 pitch for convenience.

This is the sound of a snare drum after i added reverb to it and slowed it down about -81 percent. By the way, this morning, i purchased a very interesting book entitled "harmonograph: a visual guide to the mathematics of music" by anthony ashton. I haven't read much of it yet, but it is explaining how eye-pleasing shapes can be created by utilizing vibrations and a harmonograph. I think you should check this book out. Made with audacity.

A short and simple tapping riff. All guitar tracks were recorded with an ibanez rg7321 plugged directly into an m-audio fast track pro. I used cubase as my daw and plugins by tse audio and lepou for overdrive and amp simulation, respectively, some stock cubase plugins (eq, compression, delay, etc. ) and some drum hits were added using superior drummer.

I've put this sound as public domain (cc0) so i (and you) don't have to fiddle with figuring out the minutiae of various cc licenses. Could be interesting for musical applications e. G. Textures in a drum loop, or even foley work. Recorded at 24bit 48k into reaper on a macbook promicrophone: zoom h4n through the onboard stereo mics. Processing: only a gentle highpass at 50 hz.

Made from a tom drum i created with xfer serum in reaper. Rendered the instrument as audio, then, sampled a small section of the tom and looped it infinitely to create a static frequency. Then i added the reapitch vst and created a smooth automation curve down to -24 semitones. Lastly, i added a short fade in and long fade out.
